Winter Season where to get more energy

We are heading more deeper in to winter time and it might feel eternity until we get to spring time and where sun is shining more. This is the time of the year where you need to think positive and enjoy this season, this way you will feel better inside and will radiate as well outside.

I have other tips what you can do to recharge your battery and how you will have enough energy to do your work well and enjoy your freetime with your family. These days we have talked a lot about of stress and how to manage our stress and have enough  energy to do our work and enjoy the free time.

As well the seasons affect a lot to us, but as I mentioned before there is many things where we can affect on our well being. I want to share you these tips and you will finish your day with a smile and relaxed.

One of the most important is to recognize how you feel physically and emotionally. It is really common that we go among our work and we don´t recognize our stress level and that we might be exhausted. If we have unusual pain in our body we often push them away. I highly recommend to alert if you feel any unusual on your body likewise; back pain, troubles to sleep, headech or stomach problems. Give a time to yourself to feel your body which will help you to recognize how you are as using yoga, meditation or reiki.

These exercises can as well help to reduce your stress level and get more energy to your work.

Second important thing to have the energy keep going whole day; keep brakes. It is really important to our brain and body to have brakes during your work day. Main rule on brakes is to leave your desk and not using that time on social media. Give that time to yourself and to your well being, if it is possible go outside for a walk and if there is close by lunch restaurants where you can walk use those.

When you are on your lunch try not to think on your work and really enjoy the meal and just rest your body and brain, this way you get back with much more energy and maybe even with new ideas.

Next tip for to feel good is plan your day; when we have planned our day we have much more time to do many other things and give positive feedback to yourself. It is important to recognize when we have success and resolve some problems in work or social life. Don´t be afraid of positive feed back. As well give feedback to your colleagues.

Following tip it might be hard for some of us especially if you are self employer; cut your work day with a close. Separate work and free time, if you have finished your work day leave it until next day. The work will never end, you will only exhaust more and might not get the best ideas anymore after a long workday. Yoir brain needs oxygen and rest; go for a walk, gym or other physical exercise you like.  Physical exercise help to elevate our energy levels and reduce our stress.

Sometimes the most obvious we forgot likewise; sleep well and eat healthy. If it is hard to cut the day and go to sleep I will give you an good tip: do 5 minute meditation which at first might feel like 30 minute but with time you will enjoy it more and it will help you to rest.
